The Big Boy was originally the symbol for Bob's Big Boy Restaurants on the west coast, and Shoney's Restaurants in the eastern United States. The chain discontinued using the Big Boy character years ago, and the result has been that these items have become quite collectible. Early Big Boy comic books(which were given away as free premiums) have also become very prized. | |
